What are the responsibilities and job description for the Kayak Guide and Rental Agent position at Buffalo Bayou Kayak Tours?
We are hiring!
Buffalo Bayou Kayak Tours is in search of outgoing individuals, who love to be outdoors, to join our fun-filled team of Tour Guides and Rental Agents.
In the Rental Agent role, individuals will be:
- Booking tours and rentals for clients, done by phone-app.
- Loading, unloading, and transporting kayaks to and from the kayak launch. Kayaks can weigh over 50 lbs.
-Helping load clients in to, and out of, kayaks during their rental bookings.
In the Tour Guide role, including all Rental Agent duties, individuals will be:
- Leading groups and individuals on two-hour kayak tours.
- Learning and curating a unique narrative, of Houston's history and ecology, to share with guests.
- Sharing tour-experiences to the company social medias.

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
