What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commissary Team Member position at Buff City Soap?
Our Commissary Team Member will work either 3AM-10AM or 7PM-3AM. This position is Monday through Friday with the possible need for weekend hours at times. We are looking for TWO team members for each shift.
Duties & Responsibilities:

Ability to produce high quality products consistently each shift.

Ability to multi-task.
·
Follow all safety guidelines for working with lye, raw materials, and equipment.
·
Ability to follow a recipe without deviating.
·
Embody our culture, mission, and core values.
Become an expert in the products that are made at the store
Qualifications:
Minimum High School Diploma or GED Equivalent.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
·
Proficient in Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Drive and Microsoft Office.

Must be team oriented, self-motivated and well organized.
Physical Requirements
While performing the responsibilities of the job, the employee is regularly required to talk and
hear. The employee is often required to sit, stand and use their hands and fingers to handle and produce. The employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must not be sensitive to various scents and fragrances. The employee must frequently lift and move up to 50 pounds.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
