What You'll Do
As a Light Duty/Internal Technician, you'll perform meaningful automotive repairs while working alongside experienced Hyundai technicians.

- New Vehicle Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)
- Used Vehicle Mechanical Reconditioning
- Hyundai Certified Pre-Owned Inspections
- Brake Service & Repairs
- Steering & Suspension Repairs
- Cooling System Repairs
- Maintenance Services
- Tire Installation & Repairs
- Battery & Electrical System Repairs
- Minor Mechanical Repairs
- Warranty Repairs
- Vehicle Inspections
- Learning advanced diagnostic and repair procedures from experienced Hyundai technicians
This position provides the experience and training necessary to continue advancing your automotive career.
What We're Looking For
You'll be a great fit if you:
- Have previous automotive repair experience (Light Duty, Internal Technician or equivalent experience required)
- Have Hyundai dealership experience (preferred but not required)
- Take pride in producing quality work
- Enjoy learning and expanding your technical skills
- Work well independently and as part of a team
- Maintain a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Questions Technicians Ask Us
Do I need Hyundai experience?
No. Previous automotive repair experience is required, but Hyundai experience is not. We provide paid Hyundai factory training.
Will I receive training?
Absolutely. We invest heavily in both training and hands-on mentoring from experienced technicians.
Is there room to advance?
Yes. We promote from within whenever possible. This position is designed to prepare motivated technicians for advancement into higher-paying technician classifications.
Is this a flat-rate position?
