Automotive Journeyman Level Technicians - Up to $10,000 hiring bonus for Honda/Acura training and experience. Bonus consideration for other manufacture training.
Buerkle Honda dealership is looking for highly motivated self-starters to join our team-orientated Buerkle Honda service department as full time:
Journeyman Level Technicians
- 5 days per week - same schedule every week - shifts end by 4:30pm.
- No Saturdays!
- Up to $10K hiring bonus partial paid at 90 days, 6 months and 1 year intervals for Honda or Acura training and experience.
- Honda vehicles are smaller & easier to work on than many other makes

We are seeking qualified Journey Level technicians who have a desire to increase their earnings potential and are looking to perfect their skills!
We offer PAID dealership and manufacturer level training and REIMBURSE the cost of some tools and all certifications.
We have an air-conditioned shop with built-in tool boxes. Many of our technicians have been with Buerkle 10 years with several with over 30 years of service!

What we look for in you:
- Ideal candidates for this position are team orientated with a focus on providing their customers with the best possible service 100% of the time.
- Candidates must be self-motivated and perform well working independently and with a team.
- Previous Honda training and/or experience a plus.
- ASE Certification(s)
- Current or prior Journey Level service experience at a dealership is required.
Job Duties include:
Automotive diagnostics, mechanical knowledge, and dealership experience are essential qualifications for this role. Proficiency in vehicle maintenance, powertrain, alignment, and automotive repair is required
