The Work
This is for techs who want to get better every day.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot residential HVAC systems
- Perform repairs, maintenance, and system evaluations
- Educate customers on system condition and solutions
- Present repair vs replacement options when needed
- Identify opportunities for upgrades (IAQ, filters, surge protectors, etc.)
- Work closely with install and sales teams
- Document work clearly and professionally
- Deliver a strong customer experience on every call
- Keep learning — every call is a chance to improve
What We Need Must Have
- 2 years HVAC experience
- EPA Certification (or currently in process for graduates)
- Bilingual (English / Spanish)
- Valid Driver’s License
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and coachable mindset
Nice to Have
- Sales or customer service experience
- Familiarity with residential systems
