Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Bookkeeper with experience in QuickBooks Online for our office located in Magnolia, TX (Westwood area). The Bookkeeper will be responsible for maintaining financial records, handling journal entries, preparing financial statements, and utilizing accounting software to perform bookkeeping and finance-related tasks. Additional responsibilities include supporting day-to-day financial operations to ensure the company's financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Financial Statements and preparation of accurate monthly and annual reports
- Knowledge and experience in Bookkeeping and handling Journal Entries
- Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and Excel
- Strong understanding of Finance and accounting principles
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience in the aggregates or logistics industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
