What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk FHC position at Buena Vista Regional Medical Ctr?
The Front Desk Worker position is customer service and task oriented. Must be able to give an effective tour of FHC facility. Must communicate clearly and effectively with people. Must effectively sell services including but not limited to personal training, group fitness, and memberships. Must adapt quickly, easily, and effectively to a changing environment including but not limited to customer needs, computer tasks, marketing specials, and ever-changing programs. Must work well under pressure i.e. two phone calls at once or a phone call and several customers at once; refer difficult questions/concerns to appropriate personnel. Other regular duties include being efficient with the following: cash register, current computer software, towel services, and other duties as assigned.
