Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Social Worker to join our team. Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments to identify clients' needs and develop appropriate care plans.
- Provide counseling and support to individuals dealing with trauma, PTSD, and other mental health issues.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure holistic patient care in assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and hospitals.
- Implement therapeutic interventions using motivational interviewing techniques.
- Advocate for clients' rights and access to necessary services and resources.
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and treatment plans within established systems.
- Facilitate group therapy sessions and support groups as needed.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work or a related field.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
