Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Crew Member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for outdoor work and possess a variety of skills related to lawn care, landscaping, mowing, and maintenance. This role involves working collaboratively with a team to ensure high-quality service in various landscaping projects, including mowing, tree care, and hardscape installation.
Responsibilities
- Perform lawn care activities including mowing, trimming, and edging to maintain the aesthetic appeal of properties.
- Assist in landscape maintenance tasks such as planting, weeding, and mulching.
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various landscaping tasks.
- Engage in tree care activities including tree trimming and removal as needed.
- Utilize excavators and other machinery for construction-related projects.
- Implement irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
- Participate in snow plowing during winter months to maintain safe access for clients.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Maintain equipment and tools by performing regular checks and basic repairs.
Skills
- Experience in lawn care practices and landscape maintenance techniques. (Preferred) (Willing to train)
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy machinery. (Preferred) (Willing to train)
- Familiarity with hardscape installation processes including patios and walkways. (Preferred) (Willing to train)
- Ability to perform tree care tasks including trimming and removal safely. (Preferred) (Willing to train)
