Dental Assistant – New Holland, PA
Our growing, patient-centered dental practice in New Holland, PA is looking for a reliable and friendly Dental Assistant to join our team. This is a full-time position, and we’re excited to add someone who is positive, motivated, and ready to contribute to a supportive office environment.
Schedule: Full Time, Tuesday - Friday
Compensation & Benefits
- $20–25 per hour, depending on experience

Responsibilities
- Greet and prepare patients for treatment
- Ensure patient comfort and provide excellent chairside support
- Set up and break down operatories
- Sterilize and maintain instruments according to regulations
- Assist with 4-handed dentistry
- Take digital x-rays and support clinical procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Provide clear communication with patients and team members
Qualifications
- Dental assisting experience required
- Current X-ray certification strongly preferred
- Reliable, friendly, and a strong team player
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented and motivated to learn
