What are the responsibilities and job description for the Warehouse Associate position at Budweiser of Sylva?
Work for a local beer distribution company loading trucks/building orders in a controlled warehouse environment. This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent, low-cost benefits and a 100% company funded retirement plan. Hours will normally be 11:30 AM - 8 PM, Monday-Friday (NO WEEEKENDS and an average week is 41-42 hours). Job is physical and involves repetitive lifting/stacking. Our company has been in business for over 90 years and has never had a layoff, cutback, etc. of any kind. Total annual pay has a range of $37,000-$39,000...possibly higher. 3-4 weeks of training is $17.50 per hour with a guaranteed 40 hours. After that, pay is part productivity/case pick rate and part guaranteed base pay where the team averages $725 per week while normally getting the work done in less than 40 hours.
