We are seeking a vigilant and proactive Gate Attendant to serve the facility’s entrance point. In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for controlling access, monitoring activity. Your keen attention to detail and providing excellent customer service to all who enter our premises. Duties
- Manage access control by verifying credentials and authorizing entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors
- Perform security checks and inspections to prevent theft, unauthorized access, or safety hazards
- Greet customers entering the yard
- Check customers in and explain yard rules
- Manage customer flow at entrance
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with staff, visitors
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Provide great customer service
Requirements
- Reliable and Punctual attendance
- Comfortable interacting with customers
- Ability to work outdoors
- Basic computer or register skills are a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
