Housekeeping/Apartment and Property Cleaners
Immediate full-time opening, seeking experienced cleaner of interior extended stay apartments. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, paid vacation, and 401k with matching contribution. Include resume.
Pay rate: $20 per hour
Responsibilities:
Sweeping, mopping, dusting, washing floors, vacuuming, cleaning windows, cleaning bathtubs, ovens, refrigerators, full detail clean of apartments, picking up trash, cleaning exterior of property etc. Expected to get 2-3 apartments ready daily. We do not enter the apartment until the tenant moves out.
Requirements:
- Able to walk up and down stairs
- Able to carry up to 25 lbs
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must pass a background check and drug test
- Must work every weekend! Will have consecutive 2 days off.
