Join our dynamic team as a Car Detailer and Counter Agent, where your energy and attention to detail will shine! In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while ensuring each vehicle is spotless and ready for our customers. You’ll perform thorough car washes, detailing, and cleaning to maintain the highest standards of vehicle presentation. Additionally, you will assist customers at the counter, answer questions, and support sales efforts with a friendly, professional attitude. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to develop your skills in vehicle care and customer interaction within a fast-paced environment.

Duties

• Perform comprehensive car washes, including exterior cleaning, and interior detailing to meet quality standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area through janitorial and custodial tasks, including sweeping, vacuuming, and trash removal.
• Assist customers at the counter by answering questions about services offered, scheduling appointments, and processing transactions
• Support additional detailing tasks such as vacuuming, upholstery cleaning, and minor cosmetic repairs as needed
• Operate company vehicles responsibly for pick-up or delivery purposes in accordance with safety protocols
• Ensure all vehicles are handled with care and adhere to safety guidelines during cleaning and detailing processes

Experience

• Prior experience in customer service or retail environments preferred; excellent communication skills are essential
• Knowledge of window tinting techniques is a plus but not required; training will be provided if necessary
• Ability to operate basic cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred for driving company vehicles or assisting with vehicle movement
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail and a positive attitude towards teamwork and customer satisfaction
