Budget Rent a Car of Utah is currently hiring for our St. George Airport location. This position is working 4PM-12AM.

Responsibilities:
- Open and close rental contracts accurately, contract modification, print and update manifest etc.
- Address customer inquiries, such as, explanation of charges, vehicle damages, directions, etc.
- Promote and sell coverages and upgrades
- Perform general office duties such as answering phones, photocopying, and maintaining a clean and professional work space
- Support a team environment by assisting other agents and/or other areas when needed
- Clean vehicles (washing, vacuuming, gassing, etc.) and prepare for rental
- Occasionally help shuttle rental vehicles to and from other locations
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience (retail, sales, or travel industry preferred)
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Professional communication skills and problem resolution experience
- Proficient in general office equipment
- Must have a valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations and/or at fault accidents in the past 3 years.
- Must be able to pass a drug and background check
