Rental Sales Agent – Full-Time
Location: Johnson County Area (Olathe, KS)
Join our team and deliver exceptional customer experiences in the fast-paced car rental industry! As a Rental Sales Agent, you'll be the friendly face helping customers secure their perfect vehicle while driving sales through personalized recommendations and top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Finalize and book rental reservations with accuracy and enthusiasm
- Provide outstanding customer service from inquiry to pickup
- Manage inventory, perform vehicle callbacks, wash cars, and audit paperwork
- Support store operations to ensure smooth daily workflows
Schedule: 8 AM–5 PM, with full or partial days on weekends.
Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license and ability to be certified to drive our vehicles
- Clean driving record: fewer than 3 tickets or 2 at-fault accidents in the last 3 years
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
