We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Rental CSR to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, creating positive first and last impressions while helping customers secure the right rental vehicle for their needs.
Position Summary
As a Rental CSR, you will handle the full cycle of customer rental reservations — from initial inquiry to final booking and vehicle handover. You will deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment while performing essential operational tasks to keep the location running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers, qualify their rental needs, and expertly finalize and book reservations to meet both customer expectations and business goals.
- Deliver outstanding service throughout the rental process, resolving inquiries and issues with professionalism and care.
- Manage daily operations including inventory control, callbacks, vehicle preparation (including car washing), and auditing paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
- Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean, organized, and customer-ready facility.
Store Hours
Monday – Sunday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM. Weekend availability is required
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be certified to drive
- Must have a clean driving record: fewer than 3 tickets or 2 at-fault accidents within the last 3 years
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and drug screen
