Description
The Staff Accountant is responsible for fleet loan reporting, daily fleet sales processing, various month-end duties and general ledger reconciliation in a challenging and fast paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage fleet loan portfolio for all entities
- Post daily receivables related to disposal of fleet vehicles
- Prepare and submit weekly financial reports
- Submit monthly journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Manage weekly / quarterly interest and fee payments
- Provide analysis and research as requested by management
- Maintain strong working relationships with bank partners
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- College degree in accounting or related field
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
