Overview
Looking for [1 to 4] reliable and physically capable moving helper(s) to assist with loading/unloading moving trucks. **This is a labor-only gig; no truck required. We provide all the moving materials, packing supplies, and moving equipment (Hand Trucks, Furniture Dollys, etc)
Key Responsibilities
- Carefully lift, carry, and maneuver furniture, wrapped mattresses, and heavy boxes.
- Help load and arrange items securely inside the [U-Haul / POD / truck].
- Unload items at the destination and place them into designated rooms.
- Handle items with care to prevent damage to belongings and walls/doorways.
Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry heavy objects (**50 lbs safely**).
- Reliable transportation to get to the site on time.
- Positive attitude and basic communication skills to coordinate safe multi-person carries.
- Prior moving, landscaping, or physical labor experience is not required, but is a plus.
