Director of Live Operations

We are the the largest live selling company , selling thousands of beauty products daily through high-energy live shows.

We are expanding rapidly across platforms including Live and Live, and we are looking for a Director of Live Operations to help scale our live selling infrastructure.

This role is responsible for running the operational engine behind our live shows — coordinating hosts, inventory, scheduling, show flow, and performance metrics.

This is a fast-paced, high-growth environment best suited for someone who thrives in live commerce, auctions, or high-volume e-commerce.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full operational flow of daily live shows

• Coordinate show schedules across multiple hosts and platforms

• Allocate inventory to shows and manage sell-through strategy

• Track performance metrics including revenue per hour, sell-through, and conversion

• Train and coach hosts on pacing, auction flow, and customer engagement

• Manage operational issues during live shows (inventory errors, trolls, cancellations, etc.)

• Build internal systems for show preparation, inventory tracking, and host performance

• Coordinate with warehouse operations to ensure show readiness

Qualification

• Experience in live commerce, auctions, livestream selling, or high-volume e-commerce

• Strong operational and logistical mindset

• Ability to manage multiple hosts and fast-moving show environments

• Data-driven decision maker comfortable analyzing performance metrics

• Exceptional problem-solving ability under pressure

• Strong leadership and communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.41 - $30.60 per hour
