Housekeeper

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Housekeeper to join our team and help create a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment for our guests. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of hotel rooms insuring all surfaces, floors, and furnishings are spotless and well-kept. Your attention to detail and proactive approach will contribute to a positive experience for everyone who enters our hotel.

Duties

• Perform room cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Implement proper cleaning and sanitation procedures using appropriate detergents and cleaning equipment to ensure hygienic environments.
• Handle laundry duties such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens and clothing items efficiently.
• Clean floors using various methods including sweeping, mopping, carpet cleaning, and floor care

Qualifications

• Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or hotel housekeeping is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning methods, and sanitation standards.
• Familiarity with cleaning detergents, equipment operation, and proper handling of cleaning supplies.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently throughout your shift.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members
