Responsibilities:
- Drive to potential customers' homes for pre-scheduled appointments
- Establish customer rapport and educate them on our superior quality products and services
- Demonstrate expertise in HVAC and Plumbing Replacement Systems and related services
- Create accurate and complete sales proposals, including diagrams, photographs, instructions, and inventory needed
- Follow-up with existing sales bids and leads
- Continually call on assigned accounts by company policy and procedure
- Generate new accounts, with 30% of sales self-generated
- Meet or exceed sales goals and objectives set by leadership
- Attend sales training and meetings as necessary
- Support the management and mission of the company
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in sales
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Must have a valid driver's license
