Responsibilities
- Assist with surface preparation including cleaning, grinding, and sanding to ensure optimal adhesion of floor coatings
- Mix and apply various types of floor coatings, sealants, and related materials following project specifications
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently during installation processes
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite, adhering to safety protocols at all times
Requirements
- Reliable and on time
- Comfortable with physical labor moving at a brisk pace
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation
- Prior experience in construction site work or related fields is preferred but not required
- Basic familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and construction safety practices
- Strong work ethic with the motivation to develop skills in flooring installation and restoration industries
- Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to follow detailed instructions accurately
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy materials, and perform manual labor throughout the workday
Schedule
- Monday through Saturday
- Typical start time: 7:00 AM
- Overtime opportunities available

Physical Requirements
This is a physically demanding position. Applicants should be comfortable lifting 50 pounds, working on their feet all day, and working in a fast-paced construction environment.
