What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome customers and assist with new rentals, reservations, vehicle exchanges, extensions, and returns.
- Identify customer needs and recommend the rental vehicle and optional products that best fit their trip.
- Present available protection plans, vehicle upgrades, and other value-added services.
- Complete rental agreements, collect payments, and process transactions accurately.
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after each rental, documenting vehicle condition.
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure vehicles are available, clean, and ready on schedule.
- Maintain accurate customer and rental records using company systems.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local businesses, insurance replacement customers, and repeat renters.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, banking, or the car rental industry is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Comfortable multitasking and prioritizing responsibilities in a busy environment.
- Ability to remain professional and solution-focused during challenging customer interactions.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Weekend availability is required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record (no more than two moving violations or at-fault accidents within the past three years).
