Budget Car and Truck Rental of Nebraska is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Manager to support operations at our Grand Island Airport location. You'll partner with the Manager to lead a dedicated team of customer service and sales agents, delivering exceptional experiences to every client.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and complete reservations efficiently
- Resolve inquiries professionally, covering charges, vehicle damage, directions, and more
- Inspect returning vehicles for damage and promptly report issues to the supervisor
- Scan vehicles back into the system and issue clear computerized receipts
- Stay current on company policies, procedures, training, pricing, and promotions—and apply them consistently
- Foster a collaborative team environment by supporting agents and assisting across areas as needed
- Conduct rental agreement and refueling audits
- Organize and file paperwork accurately
- Perform regular inventory counts
- Handle vehicle exchanges and extensions smoothly
