This position is responsible for daily processing of outgoing titles, preparing paperwork for the titling and tagging of newly acquired vehicles and various other tasks as assigned by management.
Responsibilities
- Log/scan MSO's as received and process the tag and title applications on a first-in-first-out basis.
- Logging, scanning and filing of original titles as received.
- Daily processing of outgoing titles (for vehicles being sold) across multiple intercompany cities - this will include pulling titles from files, verifying lien releases, overnight mailing of documents and entering the movement in our company system.
- Perform quarterly audit of titles.
- Order replacement/ duplicate and salvage titles as needed.
- Maintain current knowledge and adhere to the guidelines on all company policies and procedures, new training information etc.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
- Proficient in MS Excel and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
