Role Description
This is an independent contractor remote role based in Houston, TX, for a Business Broker. The Business Broker will work closely with business owners and buyers to facilitate transactions, including valuing businesses, marketing them effectively, negotiating deals, and ensuring smooth closings. The role involves client relationship management, financial analysis, and guiding clients through the buying or selling process, while maintaining exceptional professionalism and integrity.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Valuation and understanding of financial metrics is a plus
- Knowledge and experience in Business and Finance
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions is advantageous
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or previous Business Ownershi is preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple client accounts effectively
