Position: Lead Technician
Are you an experienced and motivated automotive professional who thrives on leading a team and driving results? We’re looking for a Lead technician to join our team!
This position is ideal for someone with a strong technical background—especially in brakes, steering, suspension, and alignments.
What You’ll Do:
- Coach and support technicians to maintain high-quality standards
- Perform hands-on work as needed, with expertise in brakes, steering, suspension, and alignments
- Manage workflow to meet deadlines and customer expectations
- Maintain a safe and efficient shop environment
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience in an automotive repair environment
- Strong technical background with brake systems, steering, suspension, drivetrain, and alignments
- Ability to motivate and lead a team while also performing hands-on work
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license (required)
- Must provide your own tools
