Driver / Team Lead – Join Our Growing Party Rental Team!
Do you enjoy working outdoors, staying active, and being part of creating unforgettable events? We're looking for a dependable, hardworking Driver/Team Lead to join our fast-growing party rental company.
Every day is different. You'll deliver and set up bounce houses, water slides, tents, tables, chairs, and other event equipment that help families, schools, businesses, and communities celebrate special occasions. If you're a strong leader who takes pride in great customer service and getting the job done right, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Safely drive company vehicles to delivery and event locations
- Lead a crew during deliveries, setups, and pickups
- Load, unload, and transport equipment efficiently and safely
- Set up and take down bounce houses, tents, tables, chairs, slides, and other rental equipment
- Ensure all equipment is installed properly and meets safety standards
- Communicate professionally with customers and provide outstanding service
- Follow daily delivery schedules and routes
- Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and work environment
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Leadership experience or the ability to lead a team effectively
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Ability to lift and move equipment weighing 50 pounds
- Experience driving box trucks or delivery vehicles is a plus, but not required
