- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and payments using our online booking system.
- Assist in preparing and organizing rental contracts, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure inventory availability and proper maintenance of party equipment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
