Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of window treatments, including blinds, shades, and shutters, with precision and care.
• Supervise installation teams to ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions and concerns during installations.
• Measure windows accurately to ensure proper fitting of products.
• Train and mentor new installers on best practices and installation techniques.
• Maintain inventory of installation tools and materials, ensuring everything is in good working condition.
• Collaborate with sales and design teams to ensure customer satisfaction and project success.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings to enhance service delivery.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in window treatment installation or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel to job sites.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders safely.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of window treatment products and installation techniques is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
