Summary
We are seeking a proactive leader to oversee our commercial installation teams and manage the lifecycle of our projects. This role balances field leadership, precise project coordination, and proactive client communication.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between installers, project managers, and clients, ensuring a same-day response time for calls and texts.

What Success Looks Like

  • Efficiency: Maintaining a 40-hour work week through smart scheduling and resource management.
  • Precision: Zero delays due to missing parts or unverified site conditions.
  • Proactivity: Identifying site challenges before the installation team arrives.

Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Proven track record in project management, preferably in construction or installation-based industries.
  • Previous window treatment experience strongly preferred.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM/project management software (training provided)
  • Ability to accurately read tape measures, perform calculations, and assess site readiness
  • Customer Service Focus: Provide exceptional service and build strong customer relationships.
  • Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using tools and technology for installation tasks.
  • Problem Solving: Effectively handle installation challenges and ensure safety standards.
  • Communication Skills: Explain processes clearly to customers and team members.
  • Time Management: Organize work efficiently to meet deadlines and project goals.
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and current insurance on a personal vehicle.
  • Honest, respectful, service-oriented, self-starter, problem solver, and team player.
