Summary
We are seeking a proactive leader to oversee our commercial installation teams and manage the lifecycle of our projects. This role balances field leadership, precise project coordination, and proactive client communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership & Field Support: Lead daily morning briefings, provide on-site guidance for new projects, and assist with hands-on installation support during peak periods or complex jobs.
- Project Coordination: Manage the installation schedule from start to finish. This includes verifying product availability, confirming appointments with clients, and ensuring all jobs stay within budgeted labor hours.
- Site Oversight: Conduct pre-install site visits for measurements and wiring checks, monitor active projects for quality control, and visit potential sites to develop new business opportunities.
- Documentation & Workflow: Maintain real-time accuracy in project management boards, spreadsheets, and job folders. Ensure all "punch list" items are tracked, communicated, and resolved.
- Inventory & Materials Management: Oversee the meticulous check-in of product orders and ensure all materials are staged and ready before the team heads to the job site.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary liaison between installers, project managers, and clients, ensuring a same-day response time for calls and texts.
What Success Looks Like
- Efficiency: Maintaining a 40-hour work week through smart scheduling and resource management.
- Precision: Zero delays due to missing parts or unverified site conditions.
- Proactivity: Identifying site challenges before the installation team arrives.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Proven track record in project management, preferably in construction or installation-based industries.
- Previous window treatment experience strongly preferred.
Required Skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and CRM/project management software (training provided)
- Ability to accurately read tape measures, perform calculations, and assess site readiness
- Customer Service Focus: Provide exceptional service and build strong customer relationships.
- Technical Proficiency: Comfortable using tools and technology for installation tasks.
- Problem Solving: Effectively handle installation challenges and ensure safety standards.
- Communication Skills: Explain processes clearly to customers and team members.
- Time Management: Organize work efficiently to meet deadlines and project goals.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and current insurance on a personal vehicle.

Compensation & Benefits
Earnings Potential: $72,000/year (based on experience)
