This is a base salary plus commission role with expected earnings of $70,000 to $90,000 , and top performers can earn significantly more.

What You’ll Do
- Meet with customers in their homes and occasionally light commercial spaces
- Learn about the customer’s needs, style, budget, and functional goals
- Recommend window covering solutions that fit the space and the customer’s priorities
- Measure windows accurately and account for product specifications
- Prepare quotes during the appointment using company software
- Manage follow-up communication and help move projects through the sales process
- Stay organized, manage details carefully, and operate independently in the field
- Deliver a professional, high-trust customer experience from consultation through sale

Schedule and Work Style
This is a full-time, field-based role. Appointments are scheduled by our office, so you can stay focused on serving customers. Availability for some evening and Saturday appointments is required, though those times are used only as needed and are not always fully booked.
Travel varies by day. Some days stay close to the main service area, while other appointments may be farther out within the territory.
Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary of $26,000 per year
- Commission opportunity on top of base salary
