Budget Blinds is the number one window-covering franchise in North America. We help people choose beautiful window coverings for their homes. Our sales representatives visit the customer in their home and provide the requested consultation by appointment.
We are seeking a hard-working, experienced par-time salesperson to join our team in selling window treatments including blinds, shutters, drapes, and shades. Must have window treatment sales experience.
No cold calling!!!

Requirements:
- Window treatment sales experience preferred
- Candidates with experience in high-end sales are encouraged to apply (jewelry sales, furniture sales, etc.)
- Experience in the window treatment industry is required
- A valid driver's license and a clean driving record is required
- An eye for design is a must - you are designing windows in a home, and need to know what would work best for your customers
- Exemplary customer service skills and interest in growing in a team-oriented and locally-owned business
- You need to build and develop client relationships
- You need to be self-motivated and driven to meet sales targets with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You need to be able to use and read a tape measure, take accurate measurements, use basic math, input data to quote using in-house software and create a proposal.
- You will need to collaborate with the installation team and office staff to ensure a smooth and timely process from the sale to the installation.
- You will need to meet monthly sales goals and be able to analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement.
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 – 25.0 per week
