The position is for a full time M-F 9am-5pm (40-45 hours per week) Showroom Assistant & Customer Service Professional in our Bluffton/Hilton Head showroom.
Your day will include assisting customers in our large, beautiful, 2500sq. ft. State of the Art Showroom with a wide variety of full size displays for customers to explore all features, options, types of blinds, shades, and shutters, as well as a near endless selection of colors, fabrics and controls.

You will schedule in-home consultations for our customers as well as assist customers with their window covering needs. The ideal candidate must be able to multi-task various admin duties and be able to provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone. We will provide necessary training and continuing education for you to succeed in this position. Previous experience is a plus. Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling In-Home Consultations
Answering customer phone calls for order status, service requests and In-Home consultations
Consult with customers in the showroom by providing an overview of products
Follow up with online lead inquiries
Review order confirmations for accuracy
Assist Sales Team by converting orders and editing quotes
Ensure showroom is neat and organized
Skills and abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Pleasant, professional, and friendly attitude
Professional appearance
Time-Management/Multi-task skills
Self-starter and takes initiative
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Creative problem solver
Work in a team environment
Fluent in English
Requirements
Previous Scheduling experience a plus
