Finance/ Sales Assistant
About the Job:
Budget Auto Sales is looking for a motivated, hands-on team member to join our growing used car dealership. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to wear multiple hats, handling sales, customer service, and day-to-day lot operations, in a fast-paced, no-corporate-red-tape environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them through the car-buying process from start to finish
- Answer phone and online inquiries about vehicle inventory
- Take photos and write up listings for vehicles (website, Facebook Marketplace, Craigslist, etc.)
- Assist with test drives and vehicle walk-arounds
- Help negotiate pricing and close sales
- Keep the lot clean, organized, and vehicles staged/presentable
- Follow up with leads and past customers
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Comfortable talking to customers and closing deals
- Self-starter who doesn't need constant supervision
- Basic computer skills (email, listing sites, maybe a CRM)
- Sales or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
Schedule: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
