Responsible for repairing the following home appliances: washers, dryers, refrigerators, freezers, AC window units, etc.

Provides timely and quality repairs of customers’ products while maintaining high customer service.

Diagnose, repair, and install parts on products

Repair products in a timely manner

Execute high standards for redo’s and quality as provided by CDA
-
Follow process and procedures to ensure cost-effective repair with the highest quality
-
Return parts accurately and timely to ensure credits
-
Accurately account for all customer and store stock units
-
Respect company assets such as cell phone, laptop, and tools
-
Help educate retail partners in local stores on repair services
-
Assist fellow Service Technicians by performing repairs when there is a backlog
-
Achieve certification requirements on time (if applicable)

Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Demonstrate teamwork at all times

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Intermediate math skills

Position routinely requires lifting, loading, moving, and using a dolly for merchandise weighing 10–80 pounds
