Buddy Moore Trucking is urgently hiring truck drivers for openings in our Pole Division! We're committed to bringing our CDL-A truck drivers consistent work, top-notch equipment, and reliable pay, no matter what each week brings.
Our Pole Division offers opportunities for two different levels of CDL-A truck drivers: those with boom experience, and those without. Drivers without boom experience are welcome to receive on-the-job training and increase their earning potential!

Benefits for Buddy Moore's CDL-A Flatbed truck drivers in the Pole division:

Guaranteed pay structure
- Flatbed starting pay is 27% of linehaul - average $1,400-$1,700 per week
- Experienced boom truck operators earn $1600-$1850 per week
- Paid weekly!
- Full benefits: health, dental, vision, & disability
- 6 paid holidays & 5 paid vacation days - increases to 10 after 3 years
- $4,000 retention bonus - paid out in four $1,000 installments
- All equipment is Peterbilts and Kenworths
- Boom training and growth opportunities available!

Flatbed Truck Driver Pole Division Orientation:
- At the Birmingham, AL terminal
- Typically 2 days, unless extra training is required
- Earn your normal salary starting orientation day!
Minimum Requirements for Pole Division:
- Must have a current Class A CD
- At least 2 years flatbed truck driving experience
- No more than 5 jobs in the last 3 years
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
- Must be at least 25 years of age

Coil experience preferred
- Training will be provided to drivers without coil experience
- TWIC card - if you don't have a TWIC card we will help you get it
