Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals according to established recipes.
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained throughout the kitchen.
- Assist in menu planning and provide input based on ingredients.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service in a timely manner.
- Handle food items with care, utilizing proper knife skills and cooking techniques.
- Participate in catering events and assist with serving as needed.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year Kitchen Experience
- Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or culinary setting
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of food handling and safety
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills in food service settings
