What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barista position at BUDDY BUDDY?
About Buddy Buddy
Buddy Buddy is passionate about delivering exceptional coffee and showcasing the creativity of our handmade organic nut butters. Founded in 2020, we’ve grown from our flagship cafés in Paris and Brussels to bring our world-first nut-butter coffee bar to New York City. We roast our own beans, craft every nut butter, and approach each drink with care—from nut to cup. As a certified B Corp, we value sustainability, quality, and community, and we’re excited to welcome baristas who share our love for both coffee and bold flavors.
The Role We are seeking Full-Time (≈38–40 hrs/week) and Part-Time (≈24–30 hrs/week) Baristas who are enthusiastic about specialty coffee and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. This position complies with New York City and State labor laws, including minimum wage, paid sick leave, required rest periods, and workplace-safety standards.
