Compensation: $30 - $35 HOURLY, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-on-one ABA therapy services to clients in home settings
- Implement plans developed by the supervising BCBA accurately and consistently
- Accurately collect, record, and submit session data and notes using designated ABA software systems
- Support clients in developing communication, social, and daily living skills
- Maintain professional, compassionate, and respectful relationships with clients, their families, and caregivers
- Collaborate with the BCBA Supervisor and other team members to ensure client progress and success
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification issued by the BACB
- Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities strongly preferred
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong observational, data collection, and documentation skills
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Demonstrated professionalism, compassion, accountability, and initiative in all aspects of job performance
Physical Requirements:
- Physically able to lift up to 35 lbs. and engage in active play
- Must maintain attention, alertness, and energy throughout sessions
- Adequate hearing and vision required for safety and observational tasks
Other:
- Current, valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- Completion of required onboarding, ongoing trainings, and timely certification renewals
- Must own or have access to a personal device (phone, tablet, or laptop) compatible with required software
