ResponsibilitiesConduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Supervise and train RBTs delivering in-home services
Train and coach parents/caregivers as part of the treatment plan
Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
Maintain documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
Current BCBA certification in good standing
Experience supervising RBTs preferred
Experience working with children
Reliable transportation for in-home visits
Salary range: $85,000 - $118,000, based on experience
