Are you looking for a career where you can make a difference while maintaining a stable, flexible schedule? Buddies Behavioral Services LLC and Buddies4Life LLC seek compassionate and dependable team members to support autistic adults by providing ABA services in Day Programs and Group Home settings.
As an RBT, you will:
- Provide one-on-one behavioral intervention services under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Implement ABA-based programs, collect data, and maintain session notes.
- Work in various settings, including homes, clinics, and the community.
- Support clients in developing communication, social, and adaptive skills.
Application Questions:
- How many years of experience do you have working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities?
- How many years of experience do you have utilizing ABA techniques?
Responsibilities:
- Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervisor
- Collect data on observable client behavior
- Assist in conducting functional assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Collaborate with the clinical team to provide feedback on client progress
- Maintain client confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
- Support clients in various settings to promote skill development
Qualifications:
- Passionate, self-motivated, and enthusiastic
- Reliable transportation
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 18 years old
- Driver’s License
- Negative TB test results
- Pass a background screen
- Must pass the RBT exam within six months of hire (if not already certified)
- Experience working with adults or children with Autism (preferred)
- Registered Behavior Technician certification (preferred)
Compensation:
- $16-$25 / hour for Behavior Technicians working toward RBT certification.
- $21-$25 / hour for RBTs
- Paid training and shadowing at an administrative rate
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
