Under the direction of Lab manager, the Extractors will work as a committed team player to ensure the profitability of the company and a reputation as premier Cannabis manufacturer. You will support Company goals and contribute to the development of Total Quality Culture within the company.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Extractors responsible for extracting the essential oils from the

Cannabis flowers. You must possess a “committed team” attitude to carry out the primary functions as set forth below.

OPERATING THE CUB 30 (80%)

· Cleaning and maintaining the CUB 30 according to the maintenance logs

· Understanding the directive for the blast schedule

· Lubricate areas needed

· Monitor levels of gas in the C1D1 room

· Understand the level of danger in the area

· Vacuum down the system

· Modify the SOP to suit the style of Product to be made

CLEANING AND ORGANIZING (10%)

· Brush all parts and maintain cleanliness in the blast booth at all times

· Keep all equipment in line and staged

DATA COLLECTION (10%)

· Record all data into the Buddies Dashboard

· Record all data into run sheets.

· Assisting with removal of waste biomass

· Training new extractors and assisting with Lab techs

· Working with the filtration/distillation department for a smooth transition.

· Maintaining all machines associated with primary extractions. (air compressor, heaters, chillers, extraction machines

Minimum Qualifications:

· A will to work hard and be a team player

· Spoken Spanish/English is a MUST. Bilingual abilities a must as we have a very diverse employee population.
