Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their dining experience.
• Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation.
• Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tables, utensils, and the dining area.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints efficiently.
• Process payments accurately and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Uphold restaurant standards for quality guest services and culinary excellence.

Experience

• Previous experience in a restaurant or similar customer service role is preferred but not required.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and calculating bills.
• Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for the culinary arts and guest services is highly valued.
