Preconstruction Business Development Manager – Architectural Millwork & Casework

What You'll Do:
• Develop relationships with general contractors, architects, designers, and owners.
• Identify and pursue new project opportunities.
• Lead project pursuits from concept through contract award.
• Collaborate with estimating and operations teams.
• Position the company as the partner of choice for architectural millwork and casework.

Required Qualifications:
• 5 years of business development, sales, estimating, project management, or preconstruction experience.
• Strong understanding of architectural millwork, casework, construction documents, CSI specifications, and bid processes.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, presentation, and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Existing Texas commercial construction relationships.
• Experience selling projects valued from $250K–$5M.
• Familiarity with Bluebeam, Procore, BuildingConnected, ConstructConnect, and ERP systems.

• New Revenue Secured: $5M–$15M
• Gross Margin Achievement: Company Targets
• Proposal Hit Rate: >25%

Recommended Compensation:
Base Salary: $85,000–$120,000
Performance Bonus: $60,000.00–$100,000
Vehicle Allowance: $875/month
Target Compensation: $145,000–$220,000
