Requirements
We’re looking for a motivated, dependable individual who takes pride in their work and is committed to delivering excellent service. The ideal candidate will have:
- A strong dedication to customer service and professionalism
- Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- The ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
- The physical capability to lift up to 75 lbs frequently
- A willingness to learn and continually expand technical skills
- The flexibility to work in various environments daily
- Knowledge of water mitigation techniques and equipment
- Previous experience in water mitigation or restoration
Job Responsibilities
As part of our Mitigation Division, you’ll play a key role in helping customers recover from water-related incidents. Your responsibilities will include:
- Responding to water damage calls throughout the tri-state area to perform mitigation services
- Documenting each job with detailed notes and progress updates
- Capturing daily on-site photos to track project progress
- Monitoring drying equipment and accurately logging moisture levels each day
- Delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining a professional demeanor at all times
- Keeping your truck and equipment clean, organized, and in good working order
- Being available by phone for on-call scheduling as required
- Assisting with warehouse and facility-related tasks when needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
