Compensation & Benefits

• $13–$18 per hour (based on experience, attitude, and performance)

Position Overview

This is a dynamic position where customer service, laundry production, technology, and sales all work together. Throughout your shift, you'll assist self-service customers, process Wash, Dry & Fold orders, manage Pickup & Delivery orders, maintain a clean and welcoming store, and help grow our customer base through outstanding service.

Every day is different, and you'll play an important role in helping Bud's Laundry become the best laundry service in the Mid-South.

ResponsibilitiesCustomer Experience

• Welcome every customer with a friendly, upbeat attitude.
• Assist self-service customers with machines, payment systems, and questions.
• Build relationships that keep customers coming back.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and positively.

Wash, Dry & Fold

• Receive and accurately check in customer orders.
• Wash, dry, fold, package, and organize laundry according to Bud's Laundry quality standards.
• Prepare completed orders for pickup or delivery.
• Follow customer preferences and special instructions carefully.

Pickup & Delivery Operations

• Process Pickup & Delivery orders using our Point-of-Sale (POS) system.
• Keep orders organized from check-in through completion.
• Help ensure every order is completed correctly and on time.

Sales & Business Growth

• Introduce customers to our Wash, Dry & Fold and Pickup & Delivery services.
• Encourage self-service customers to become regular drop-off customers.
• Help generate positive Google Reviews through exceptional customer experiences.
• Look for opportunities to increase customer loyalty and grow the business every day.

Store Operations

• Keep the laundromat exceptionally clean, organized, and inviting.
• Clean equipment, folding tables, carts, restrooms, and customer areas.
• Restock supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance or equipment concerns promptly.
• Take pride in maintaining a store that customers enjoy visiting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Customer service, retail, hospitality, or laundromat experience
• Experience using POS systems or computer software
• Sales or upselling experience is a plus—but a great personality is even more important
