**Job Title: Marijuana Budtender**
**Must have State issued OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit***

**Duties:**
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product recommendations and information to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Educate customers on the different strains, effects, and uses of marijuana products
- Accurately process transactions using a point-of-sale (POS) system or cash register
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring products are properly displayed
- Upsell additional products or accessories to enhance the customer's experience
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new products, and regulations
- Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale of marijuana products
**Skills:**
- Excellent communication skills to effectively sell and communicate product information to customers
- Be self motivated and also able to work as a team.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and inventory management
- Technical sales knowledge to provide detailed information on various marijuana products
- Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems or cash registers used in retail sales
- Willing to constantly grow as a team player.
