Job Overview
We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused budtender to join our Bud Board team. In this role, you will assist guests with their purchases, offer knowledgeable product recommendations, and help create an exceptional shopping experience in our dispensary. A willingness to engage and be active on social media is essential. Must be open to working nights and weekends with reliable transportation. Bilingual is a plus! Full time needed with great tips!
Duties
- Assist customers in selecting cannabis products based on their needs and preferences
- Provide information on different strains, products, and consumption methods
- Operate the point of sale (POS) system to process transactions accurately
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure shelves are adequately stocked
- Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on usage and effects
- Uphold excellent customer service standards and address inquiries or concerns promptly
- Adhere to all state regulations and company policies regarding the sale of cannabis products
Requirements
- Prior experience in sales, retail, or customer service preferred
- Knowledge of retail math and basic math skills
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with diverse clientele
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
